It is with regret that due to the on-going public health crisis, the Town Council has announced the cancellation of the VE Day Event, due to be held on May 10th, and the ‘Party in the Park’ on June 14th.
“As a public authority, we have to follow government advice,” says Cllr Matt Swindlehurst, for the Leek Town Council Events Committee.
“Personally I would like to thank everyone who has been involved in the planning. We will get through this and our thoughts are with everyone as we face this challenge.”
